Rebar in the UAE market

Price level of rebars in the local UAE market is at AED 2,100-2,150/mt ($573-586/mt) on theoretical basis, excluding VAT. Domestic market indicates a further slowdown. However, Turkish mills are not willing to offer at the levels they did two weeks ago, due to the increasing scrap and domestic rebar prices now.
