Rebar export prices stable in Brazil

Brazilian exporters remain closing export deals for rebar at $467/mt, FOB conditions, having the CA-50 grade, 10mm thickness product as reference.
 
Such price is stable since an estimated 8 percent increase in early July, a local exporter told SteelOrbis.
 
In August, for price deals probably closed in June, Brazil exported rebar at an average price level of $436/mt, FOB conditions.
 
Most of the exports were from Gerdau to clients in South America and the Caribbean, at an average FOB price of $431/mt.
