According to market sources, Turkish rebar offers for Yemen are now standing in the range of $575-580/mt CFR on theoretical weight basis for shipment in late July-early August, declining by $5/mt since last week. With only a few days remaining before Ramadan, rebar demand in the country has started to slow down, while the latest ex-Turkey rebar deals have been concluded at $580/mt CFR for July shipments. Meanwhile, sources also report that Yemeni buyers have increased their negotiations for new bookings.
