SteelOrbis has been informed that the local price of medium size rebar in the Italian market is currently at €415/mt ($535/mt) ex-works on actual weight and open account basis. The base prices for rebar in the Italian domestic market are at around €200/mt ($258/mt) and the end-user demand is currently sluggish. Rebar price levels in this market have remained unchanged compared to last week.
