Kardemir increases debar price

According to the price list dated September 5, 2006, Turkish steel producer Kardemir has increased its local price for 12-22 mm dia deformed reinforcing bar by TRY 15/mt to TRY 920/mt, including VAT ($536/mt+ VAT). The producer's metallurgical coke, basic pig iron and billet prices retain their previous levels.
