rebar producers' deals to Algeria were closed at €460/mt ($511/mt) FOB at the beginning of May, while their export offers now stand at €410-430/mt ($455-477/mt) FOB though still failing to attract the interest of buyers. The demand situation is not expected to improve, also because of Ramadan.
