Iskenderun-based Turkish mill revises its longs prices

SteelOrbis has been informed that today, September 19, an Iskenderun-based Turkish mill has raised its official mesh grade wire rod price by TRY 100/mt ($1/mt) to TRY 15,750/mt ($583/mt), ex-works, excluding VAT, as compared to Tuesday, September 12, amid the ongoing currency fluctuations. The mill has issued its rebar price at TRY 18,800/mt ($580/mt), falling by TRY 200/mt ($9/mt) amid sluggish demand. The exchange rate is taken as $1 = TRY 27.03 as the mill itself has not indicated any specific exchange rate.
