Iskenderun-based Turkish mill increases its rebar price

SteelOrbis has been informed that, today, November 15, an Iskenderun-based Turkish mill has raised its rebar price by TRY 200/mt ($3/mt) compared to Wednesday, November 8, to TRY 20,400/mt ($593/mt) ex-works, amid currency fluctuations and the positive sentiment in the import scrap segment. The exchange rate is taken as $1 = TRY 28.67 as the mill itself has not indicated any specific exchange rate.
