The price level of Italian-produced IPE of sizes up to 220 mm in Italy's domestic market is at €720/mt ($1,135/mt), while 220-550 mm IPE is at €740/mt ($1,167/mt); these prices are ex-works, on actual weight basis and excluding VAT.
Prices are currently strong in the local Italian merchant bar market. The export level from Turkey to Europe may rise in the upcoming days due to the high €/US$ exchange rate.
