SteelOrbis has learned that new import wire rod offers for the US from Turkish mills have risen to a range of $1,240 /mt to $1,250 /mt CFR FO in US Gulf ports, representing an increase of $70 /mt from last week's offers.
Chinese wire rod offering prices for the US have not changed since last week, and still range from $1,040 /mt to $1,050 /mt CFR FO in US Gulf ports. The usual size and grade restrictions apply.
