Chinese wire rod offering prices for the US have increased by $10 /mt in the last week, and are now at a range of $585 /mt to $595 /mt CFR FO in US Gulf ports. Imports of 5.5 mm are restricted and carry extras.
Offers for drawing quality import wire rod have also gone up by $10 /mt, and now range from $610 /mt to $620 /mt CFR FO in US Gulf ports.
