Import billet offers to Southeast Asia tend to increase

SteelOrbis has been informed that there are import billet offers to Thailand and the Philippines market at around $460/mt CFR FO level. However, such offers have not been accepted yet as buyers' bids stand at $450/mt CFR for the time being.
