Free-cutting steel prices in the Turkish market

Steel Orbis is reported that 1st choice 9SMnPb28 standard free-cutting steel in the Turkish market is sold at 1.000.000 – 1.150.000 TL/kg level. (approximately 643 – 740 EURO/ton.) 2nd choice 9SMnPb28 material is sold at 850.000 TL/kg (apprx. 547 EURO/ton). The price difference between different offers in the market is quite considerable. Lead-free material 9SMn28 is said to be 100.000 TL/kg (apprx. 64 EURO/ton) cheaper for both 1st and 2nd choice material.
