SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that a Turkish steelmaker has concluded an ex-China deal for 15,000 mt of
billet at $310/mt CFR, while another Turkish steelmaker has concluded an ex-China booking for 50,000 mt of
billet at $313/mt CFR, both for October shipment.
