Ex-Turkey billet offers in Southeast Asia

SteelOrbis has been informed that ex-Turkey CQ grade billet was being offered to Southeast Asia at around $585/mt CFR at the end of last week. In addition, ex-Turkey vanadium-added billet was being offered to Southeast Asia at around $610mt CFR Taiwan, also at the end of last week. However, a price increase has been observed in Turkish domestic rebar prices after the high-priced scrap bookings concluded on Friday.
