It is reported that
billet offers from the Russian Far East ports to the
Philippines appear to be more workable for now compared to those ex-Turkey and ex-Black Sea. The latest offer levels heard from the Russian Far East ports stand at $585-590/mt CFR LO Manila; however, no booking has been confirmed so far due to the weak rebar situation.
