SteelOrbis has been informed that ex-CIS wire rod offers have decreased by $5/mt since last week and are currently at $555-560/mt FOB Black Sea. CIS mills are still in intense competition with Turkish and Chinese suppliers.
Meanwhile, CIS wire rod offers to Europe have trended sideways since last week, remaining at $590-610/mt DAP.
