Ex-Black Sea billet prices indicate further softening

SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that some ex-Black Sea steel billet transactions to Turkey have been concluded at $590-600/mt CFR Istanbul. Compared to the latest offer prices at $585/mt FOB, this price range indicates a further softening.
