Egypt-based steelmakers’ offers for June production rebar

SteelOrbis has been informed by market sources that Egyptian steelmaker EZZ Steel has kept its June production rebar prices stable as compared to its price levels for May output materials at EGP 4,900/mt ($685/mt) ex-works, including eight percent VAT. Meanwhile, another Egypt-based mill Beshay Steel has reduced its June production rebar prices by EGP 20/mt ($3/mt) to EGP 4,880/mt ($683/mt) ex-works, including eight percent VAT.
