Chinese debar offers to S. Korea

SteelOrbis has learned that Chinese traders are offering 16 mm-25 mm debars at $380-390/mt CFR, and 10 mm debars at $395-405/mt CFR to South Korea on actual weight basis for October shipments via payment by letter of credit. The price of rebar in China's domestic market is stable while export prices have continued their decline from last month, especially in the last two weeks, as the Korean importers already have plenty stock and are not positive about importing any more for the time being.
