Chinese debar offer to Singapore

G460 grade 12-25 mm diameter and 12 meters long debars in accordance with BS4449 standard have been offered for export from China to Singapore at $485-488/mt CFR FO Singapore on theoretical weight basis for May shipment. The tax rebate change risk will be assumed by the buyer. Debar export offers are basically stable compared with last week.
