According to market sources, billet prices in the Omani domestic market have shown no changes over the past week, remaining stable at $535/mt ex-works. Demand in the domestic market is reported to be weak due to buyers' discount expectations which have led them to postpone their purchases.

Import billet offers to Oman have also remained unchanged since last week. Accordingly, ex-CIS billet offers to Oman are still at $535/mt CFR, while ex-China billet offers to the same destination have remained at $525/mt CFR.
