Buyers’ inventories at low levels in local Turkish rebar market

Since SteelOrbis' latest report on April 25, demand in the local Turkish rebar market has remained weak. Although inquiries in the local Turkish rebar market are still lively, no improvement has been recorded in the volume of transactions. Buyers have been postponing their rebar purchases due to the rises seen in domestic rebar prices in the past month. As a result, buyers' current inventories in the market are at low levels. Accordingly, market sources believe that buyers will resume their purchasing activities in the coming days.
