Billet prices decline further in Taiwan, rebar quotations stable – week 24

SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 m have decreased by NTD 200/mt ($7/mt) as compared to last week and are now being quoted at NTD 18,100-18,200/mt ($604-607/mt) ex-works, for end of June shipments.

In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have remained stable since last week, are still at the following levels:
