Billet and rebar prices in Taiwan - week 36

SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 m have declined by NTD 500/mt ($17/mt) as compared to last week and are now being quoted at NTD 16,600-17,200/mt ($556-577/mt) ex-works, for middle and end of September shipments.
 
In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have decreased by NTD 300/mt ($10/mt) as compared to last week, are now at the following levels:
