SteelOrbis has been informed that the latest rebar import deals to Algeria have been concluded from Spain and Italy at the price level of €440/mt ($546/mt) CFR, while Algerian buyers' current price expectations are in the range of €430-435/mt ($533-539/mt) CFR. However, Italian exporters are unwilling to lower their prices to these levels, though market sources believe that they lack sufficient support to maintain their prices at current levels.
