1. Hot rolled coil (HRC)
Prices of HRC have increased by RMB 20/mt ($3.26/mt). As a result, 3.0 mm x 1,250 mm SPHC HRC is priced at RMB 3,410/mt ($555/mt), 2.75 mm x 1,250 mm Q235 HRC is priced at RMB 3,420/mt ($557/mt) and 5.5 mm x 1,500 mm Q235 HRC costs RMB 3,380/mt ($550/mt).
2. Hot rolled pickled coil
Prices of SPHC, SPHD and SPHE have remained stable, while others have decreased by RMB 150/mt ($24/mt).
3. Cold rolled coil (CRC)
a) Prices of common cold rolled coil and sheet have declined by RMB 30/mt ($4/mt).
b) Prices of cold rolled dual-phase steel and hot forming steel have decreased by RMB 100/mt ($16/mt), while prices of other high-strength cold rolled products have declined by RMB 50/mt ($8/mt).
c) Prices of other CRC products have decreased by RMB 100/mt ($16/mt).
Accordingly, the price of 1.0 mm Q195 cold rolled coil is at RMB 3,840/mt ($625/mt), while the price of 1.0 mm x 1,250 mm x C Q195 cold rolled coil is at RMB 3,840/mt ($625/mt).
4. Hot dip galvanized (HDG) products
Prices of DX51, DX52 and DX53 series have remained unchanged, while prices of other HDG products have decreased by RMB 100/mt ($16/mt).
5. Electro-galvanized products
Prices of common quality electro-galvanized products have declined by RMB 100/mt ($16/mt), while prices of other electro-galvanized products have remained stable.
6. Prices of section steel, wire rod, rolled plates, pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) and non-grain-oriented (NGO) silicon steel have remained unchanged.
As a result, 14-40 mm Q235 medium plates are still priced at RMB 3,520/mt ($573/mt), while prices of 14-40 mm Q345 medium plates are unchanged at RMB 3,630/mt ($591/mt).
All prices are ex-works, excluding 17 percent VAT, and are effective immediately.
