SteelOrbis has learned that ex-Ukraine, ex-Russia and ex-South Africa HRC offers to the UAE have this week remained unchanged compared to last week. Ex-Russia offers are currently standing at $500/mt CFR Dubai, whereas all other offers are in the range of $450-500/mt CFR Dubai - all for December shipments. Although as previously reported some bookings have been concluded, the domestic market is still sluggish.
In Dubai's domestic market, the stockists' offers for 0.4-0.5 mm HDG are about AED 4,800-5,000/mt, whereas their offers for 1.0-2.0 mm HDG are about AED 3,900/mt, while for 180 and 275 gr Z HDG the offer level is higher.
