Yieh United Steel Corporation (YUSCO), one of Taiwan's leading stainless steel producers, has announced that it has decreased its local 300 series stainless steel prices for October deliveries by NTD 2,000/mt ($66/mt) as compared to price levels for September deliveries, while the mill has cut its 400 series stainless steel prices for October deliveries by NTD 500/mt ($17/mt) compared to September delivery prices.
The current prices are at the following levels:

All the above prices are ex-works, exclude five percent VAT, and are for October deliveries.
In the meantime, YUSCO‘s 300 series export stainless steel prices have declined by $50/mt for October-November deliveries as compared with prices for September delivery.
