During the week ending May 29, Chinese export offers of flat steel products have followed a stable trend. At present, boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) export offers given by Chinese suppliers are at $360-365/mt FOB, while 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) export offers given by Chinese suppliers are at $400-420/mt FOB.

During the given week, demand for Chinese flat steel in the export market has been at low levels, while some suppliers are willing to negotiate on prices in the actual transaction phase.
