Severstal’s HRC export offers
SteelOrbis has been informed that the Russian mill Severstal's hot rolled coil (HRC) offers for its September production to the export markets are standing at the base price level of $580/mt FOB St. Petersbur, indicating an increase of $30/mt as compared to its offers for August production.
