Russian steel producer Severstal has kept its August production hot rolled coil (HRC) offers for Turkey unchanged as compared to July production offer levels, while it has decreased its cold rolled (CRC) prices for the same destination by $40-60/mt over the same period. Severstal's August production plate offers have softened by $5/mt on the lower end, while offers have moved up on the higher end by $25/mt to cover a wider range. The mill continues to accept firm bids for all its offers.
