According to market sources, Russian offers for hot rolled coil (HRC) to Egypt are currently at $460-465/mt CFR for shipment in January. Although the currency exchange rate favors Russian exporters, Egyptian buyers are hesitating to conclude deals amid the oversupply in the market.
