Nucor Sheet Mill Group increases prices on flat-rolled products

The Nucor Sheet Mill Group announced December 6 that due to rapidly increasing raw material costs and improving market conditions, the company will increase base prices on hot rolled, cold rolled, and galvanized products by a minimum of $2.00 cwt. ($44/mt or $40/nt) effective with new orders immediately.

Nucor added that the company reserves the right to review and re-quote any offers that are not confirmed with either a Nucor sales acknowledgement or written acceptance by both parties.
