Nucor Sheet Mill Group announces price increase for HRC, CRC, Galvanized steel

Nucor Sheet Mill Group today announced that, effective immediately, the mill will be increasing base prices on hot rolled coil (HRC), cold rolled coil (CRC) and Galvanized steel coil (HDG) by a minimum of $2.00 cwt. ($44/mt or $40/nt).

Nucor further stated they reserve the right to review and re-quote any offers that have not been confirmed with either a Nucor sales acknowledgement or written acceptance by both parties.

This is Nucor's third flat rolled steel price increase announcement since Oct. 24.
