During the past two month, demand for import steel plate in Turkey has been quite slack, while no import steel plate offers were heard in Turkey in this period until two weeks ago. However, demand for import steel plate has recovered slightly in the Turkish market over the past two weeks and ex-Ukraine steel plate offers have been heard in Turkey at $405-410/mt CFR, down approximately $112.5/mt compared to two months ago, while it is heard that some deals have been concluded.
