Latest situation in local Iranian HRC market

Monday, 16 January 2017 16:28:50 (GMT+3)   |   Istanbul
According to market sources, demand in the local Iranian hot rolled coil (HRC) market has remained slack, while prices have declined by $10/mt week on week to $545-555/mt ex-warehouse, including nine percent VAT.

Meanwhile, a Russian producer’s HRC offers to Iran are at $470-475/mt CFR. However, demand for import HRC in Iran is slack due to increased domestic HRC supplies in the country.
