According to market sources, ex-Ukraine shipbuilding plate offers to Turkey have decreased by $7.5/mt on average over the past two weeks to $400/mt CFR, for October shipment. Meanwhile, Macedonian hot rolled plate (HRP) offers to Turkey have declined by $25/mt month on month to the range of $570-580/mt CFR. Besides, ex-Bulgaria HRP offers to Turkey are currently at €420-430/mt ($466-477/mt) CIF.
