Imported HRC prices rise in Iran in first month of Iranian year

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that offer prices of imported hot rolled coil (HRC) in the Iranian domestic market have increased in the first month of the new Iranian year, which started on March 21. Accordingly, offers of imported 2 mm x 1,000 mm HRC in the northern Iranian port of Bandar Anzali are now standing at Rials 11,500/kg ($1,015/mt) ex-yard loaded truck, exclusive of four percent VAT, compared to Rials 10,800/kg ($953/mt) last week.
