Import HRC offers to the US from Russia
SteelOrbis has also learned that import hot rolled coil (HRC) from Russia has decreased by approximately $20/mt from our last report a week ago and is now being offered to the US at approximately $610/mt to $630/mt CFR FO US Gulf ports.
