SteelOrbis has learned that import HDG coil offers from India to the US, 0.012" by 40.875" G30 (0.30 mm x 1.04 m), have decreased, on average, by $20 /mt since our last report two weeks ago, and most offers now range from about $730 /mt to $780 /mt CFR FO Gulf ports.
For the same size and coating, Taiwanese offers declined by about $25 /mt from two weeks ago, and are in the approximate range of $750 /mt and $780 /mt CFR FO West Coast ports. Meanwhile, most Chinese offerings to the US are hovering around $780 /mt CFR FO West Coast.
India's offers of 0.019" x 48" G90 (0.48 mm x 1.219 m) for the US also trended down by about $20 /mt over the last two weeks and can now be found within the average range of $730 /mt to $780 /mt CFR FO Gulf Coast ports. For the same size and coating, Chinese offers again can be found for around $780 /mt CFR FO West Coast.
