Ex-China HRC offers to India have continued to decline this week. SteelOrbis has been informed that ex-China offers via traders to India for SS400 re-rolling grade HRC of 3-12 mm thickness are standing at $610/mt CFR Mumbai. In the Indian domestic market, HRC prices are standing at the base price levels of $705-710/mt, while market players are wondering at what levels producers' new prices will be. SteelOrbis has learned from an Indian producer that new production HRC base prices may indicate a decrease of $30-35/mt.
