SteelOrbis has been informed that cold rolling grade HRC offers given from Russia to India are at the level of $600/mt CFR, indicating a decrease of $10-15/mt as compared to last week. Meanwhile, the same grade HRC is currently being offered from China to the same market at $560/mt CFR India, declining by $20/mt since last week.
