HRC offers from Ukraine to southern Europe
HRC offers given by traders to southern Europe for Ukrainian mill Ilyich production materials are standing at levels of €300-310/mt CFR southern Europe for May shipment. Compared to three weeks ago, offers have declined on euro basis due to the change in the €/US$ exchange rate.
