SteelOrbis has been informed that in
Taiwan's domestic steel market the price of ASTM A36 hot rolled
plate of 6-16 mm thickness is still being quoted at NTD 20,500-24,000/mt ($684-801/mt) for delivery to customer, while the price of ASTM A572 Gr-50 hot rolled
plate of 6-16 mm thickness is at NTD 25,900-26,900/mt ($864-898/mt) delivered to customer. The prices, which are unchanged since last week, include five percent VAT and are for middle and end of July shipments.
