Robust demand as well as the increase seen in hot rolled prices have caused Chinese origin HDG offers to rise. Local prices of 0.5-0.6 mm 275 gr/m² zinc coated HDG are standing at the level of €650/mt ($882/mt) ex-warehouse in the German and Belgian domestic markets. On the other hand, offers given from traders for Chinese origin 1.2 mm 110 gr/m² zinc coated HDG are at $790/mt CIF Germany, while, for the same thickness and 140 gr/m² zinc coated material, their offers are at $720/mt FOB China.
