Currently, the flats market in Lebanon is undergoing a period of financial turmoil and registering a soft trend as regards demand. The factor causing passiveness in buyers is the uncertainty as to whether prices will decline further or not. In this market, either the producers are asking buyers for offer prices or bargains are being made on the offers received from producers.

As regards HDG of 0.5 mm with 100 gr/m2 zinc coating, offers from Turkey, India and Egypt vary in a price range of $850-950/mt C&F Beirut.
