SteelOrbis has been informed that imported HRS is being offered in the local Portuguese market at the price level of €680-690/mt ($871-884/mt) ex-warehouse on actual weight basis. Meanwhile, the local production HDG base price level is at €670/mt ($858/mt) ex-works. It is reported that HRS prices have this week decreased by €30/mt compared to last week, and that demand is currently sluggish in the Portuguese flats market.
