Russia are standing at the level of Ruble 24,611-25,125/mt ($757-773/mt) ex-works for 2-3.99 mm thickness, while cold rolled sheet (CRS) base prices of the producer are at Ruble 29,710-30,978/mt ($914-953/mt) ex-works for 0.5-2.0 mm thickness. Prices are given including 18 percent VAT and for November rolling.
