The European plate market does not seem so active recently. More Chinese plate offers were heard last year, while plate offers from India and Indonesia to Europe are started to be heard currently. Plate offers given from India and Indonesia are standing around the level of $630/mt CFR Europe for March shipments. It is also heard that a trading company has booked a small cargo plate from India to Spain at a price level of €480/mt ($623/mt) CFR Spain for March shipment.
